Returns Policy

We hope that you will enjoy your new Global Girl purchase, we are proud of the quality and workmanship of our products, and want to make sure you are satisfied in every way. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Three Daughters International, LLC offers the return policy below.

Return Policy - Within 30 Days of the Original Purchase Date

You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please follow the RMA procedure below.

Please note:

  • We do not pay for shipping charges needed to return the product to us.
  • All shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a refund, all applicable sales taxes from the original purchase will be refunded appropriately if sales tax was applied to your order.
  • The item(s) must be in original packaging in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • We do pay for the shipping charges to send a new product to you as a replacement if there is a manufacturer’s defect in your product.


We do not accept returns COD. We don't accept returns on International orders.

RMA Procedure

If you wish to return an item, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking the Returns button on the Site. Please do not write to us, call, or send us an email if you want to return something, because we will only direct you to obtain an RMA number.

  1. Access the Orders History section of your account.
  2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
  3. Although optional, please add an explanation in order for us to understand why the item is being returned.
  4. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip". The request is then sent to us.
  5. We will then reply to you by email. If the RMA request is approved, the email will include shipping information and an RMA number for you to put on the package you send to us.


If the item is received in new condition in original packaging within 30 days of original purchase, we will then issue a credit to the credit card you used to place the order and send you an email.
